• We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

• International shipping starts at $15 AUD for the first item and $10 AUD for each additional item. Double LPs and heavier items are extra — contact us for a quote! 

• Orders are packed securely using professional mailers.

• Please allow extra time for delivery, as Australia Post services may vary week-to-week.

For any special shipping requests (such as signed delivery, express, or insurance upgrades), contact us after placing your order. Additional charges apply at buyer's expense.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns only for faulty or defective merchandise.

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if there is an issue.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds or exchanges are issued at our discretion after inspection.
